My Total TV is a simple application that allows users to watch streams of some popular TV stations that also broadcast online. This handy tool lets you watch famous TV channels like BBC, ITV, CNBC, Al Jazeera, and so on. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to offer the possibility of adding TV channels to the list of ones supported for being watched. You will be able to watch only the streams of the listed channels, and they aren't even that many, just around 20. The good thing is that all of them will actually work – the program will play the stream of any of the listed channels, without any errors or problems. Anyway, reliability is not its only advantage. It still offers plenty of benefits. One of them is the fact that you can select a preset (Kbps and Fps) for the quality of the stream with just one single mouse click. Another remarkable benefit is the fact that the interface is appealing and highly customizable. The neat and handy interface also allows previewing the streams of the supported channels in real-time before their actual loading. There are also different layout types to display the supported channels on the interface.
To sum it all up, My Total TV is a nice application, but still far from being a truly impressive online TV player. The reduced number of supported channels is a really hard to ignore drawback.

We have read your review of MyTotal TV and would like to respond both to you and your readers.
We launched the MyTotal TV App and service to co-inside with the World Cup. We deliberately picked those limited channels to test our service and to see what the response to our App would be. We targeted users in the countries where the channels were broadcasting and we were only really focusing on users that wanted to watch the football.
Today, we have been overwhelmed with the response. We have had 300k downloads in less than three weeks and up to 40k concurrent views with 6.5 m channel views.
We want to tell you the testing is nearly over!
What we have coming will be truly amazing!
MyTotal TV will offer the following;
* Hundreds of Channels including Premium Sport and Movies
* Self Select Channels (you can choose the channels you want and create your own TV)
* Full EPG and Recording (we record all the channels we broadcast so they may be watched later). This feature already exists! Look at the EPG play button and the previous days.
* A dongle device that may be taken anywhere in the world, plugged into a TV and you can view your channels. It is like taking your TV in your pocket with you on holiday or business trips. This already exists and has been working for over 1 year.
* Plus much, much more secret stuff at present
We want to point out that our service is fantastic because of the technology we use. Our compression software allows a user to watch MyTotal TV in signal areas where no other TV App can operate. Our service will stream as low as 45kbs. We cannot guarantee a great picture but it will work. This technology will be utilized to save on a users data limit policy.
So we are a little bit bemused by your 2 star rating and would have been delighted to talk thorough our app and strategy before you decided to review it without all the insight and details of the amazing features we have currently and more coming very, very soon. The review on your program by our contributor was never advertised as objective, so please bear that in mind. We can also kind of see the point of the editor - if she as the user is looking for TV streaming software and is interested in the amount of TV stations available, then she might not note the great compression algorithms and things of that nature.
